As the digital health revolution continues to grow across Europe Salus Digital recognised the need for regional bases to cover country specific news and information. Business Development Director Paul Budd commented “We found that we were struggling to cope with the amount of requests to publish blogs and information from digital health companies across Europe. Being based in the UK our priority was always to focus on driving information and business networking opportunities in Britain, however we couldn’t ignore the amazing developments that are happening in many other countries”.
We used our extensive networks to identify the best possible strategic partners in our target regions and are pleased to announce our first European country coming on-line over the next couple of months will be Switzerland. The reason for the selecting these two regions initially were based on a couple of factors. “Switzerland is a unique country in Europe due to the fact of effectively having 3 languages and cultures in one place which makes it a great test bed for digital health innovation. In addition healthcare is a major industry in the country and several global players have bases here and this made Switzerland the ideal location for Salus Digital’s first footprint into Europe”.
